1. Using this website

The content here is provided for general information about our roofing services. Photographs show our own completed work. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a particular result on your property, because no two roofs are the same.

2. Estimates, offers and pricing

Prices and offers shown on this site are subject to inspection of the actual roof. Once we have inspected we give you a written, itemised estimate, and that is the price for the scope described in it. If the scope changes, for example because damaged decking is found during tear-off, we will tell you and agree the change with you before continuing.

Offers cannot be combined with each other unless we say so in writing, and are subject to the conditions published alongside them.

3. Booking a job is not a confirmed appointment

Submitting a form or requesting a callback is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it directly with you. By submitting your details you consent to us contacting you about the enquiry, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Payment and financing

Payment terms are set out in your estimate or service agreement. Where financing is used, the credit agreement is between you and the lender. We are not the lender, we do not set the rates or approve applications, and we are not responsible for the lender’s decisions or terms.

5. Insurance claims

We will document damage and work with your insurer where you ask us to. We cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved, or approved at a particular amount. That decision belongs to your insurance company.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Acorn Roofing & Construction and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

This website is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude warranties about the website itself, including that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Nothing in this section limits the warranties or obligations set out in a signed service agreement for work carried out at your property. Those terms govern the work itself.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
