Yes. It is a monthly subscription rather than a contract. Client to confirm: the exact cancellation terms and whether any perk, such as the annual credit, is forfeited on cancellation
No. Insurance work is settled against the adjuster's scope, so there is no margin to discount. The discount applies to repairs, maintenance and gutter work you are paying for directly.

The same inspection we do for any customer: every elevation photographed, all penetrations and flashing checked, and the attic looked at. You get the written report, which is what an adjuster wants to see if a storm claim follows.
Yes. Shingle, tile, metal and flat roofs are inspected differently and fail differently, so it tells us what to send and who to send.
