What We Walked Into

A full-slope replacement on an occupied home, with the tear-off, decking check and dry-in all needing to happen before weather moved back in off the plains.

How We Ran It

Stripped the roof back to the deck rather than covering the old material, inspected and replaced any soft decking, laid new underlayment, then installed architectural shingles with new flashing at every penetration.
